Our site uses a shopping cart for customers to subscribe to The NY Crafter's Connection newsletter. We collect contact information from the order form which is used to process and complete your newsletter subscription. We also require a membership form to be completed and returned for membership to New York Crafters' Community email forum. Made-in-New-York.com never shares contact information with any third parties, including advertisers, show promoters and other companies.

Our newsletter email sign up form requires a valid email address, a full name, a subscriber number (for paid subscribers to the NY Crafters Connection Newsletter) which enables us to provide you with the best information that suits your particular interests. The information used for the newsletter sign-ups is not shared with any third parties, including advertisers, show promoters and other companies.

New York Crafters Membership Policies

Please read the criteria for membership and a listing for a member's web site in the New York Crafters' made-in-new-york.com community. All products shown must be made in New York state. Products may include but not exclusive to: Arts, Crafts, and Small Food Producers( Maple Syrup, Gourmet Foods, etc).  Members web sites listed in the community must sell items either hand crafted or products made in NYS. All sites are individually reviewed and juried by humans.

1. We reserve the right not to process any applications missing a valid address, telephone number, email address, web site address and web site description. Also, any site not meeting the criteria as stated above.
2. For all member community web site listings you must supply your web site address.
3. A listing in the New York Crafters' community web site is a free, but you must be a member of the email forum discussion group.
4. A link back to the communityis required to help our efforts in promoting New York State artisans and crafters.

Cancellation of Your Community Membership Listing

1. You may cancel your yahoo community membership and made-in-new-yok.com web site listing at anytime.
2. All content will be removed from the New York Crafters web site upon receipt of your cancellation notification.

NY Crafters Connection Newsletter Subscriptions and Renewals

1. Newsletter subscriptions can be paid either through Pay Pal or by check or money. The mail order form link is located beneath the Subscribe to button.
2. For all subscriptions we require your name, your business name, mailing/billing address, phone number, valid e-mail address, and web site if you have one.
3. All newsletter subscriptions paid via PayPal will be mailed to the purchaser of the subscription.
4. All newsletter renewals maybe paid either by check, money order or through the made-in-new-york.com web site with this link: The Crafter's Connection Newsletter.
5. Advance payment of subscriptions will no longer be accepted if paid more then 4 months prior to any subscribers renewal date.
6. There are no refunds for subscriptions once the subscription has been sent. Refunds for subscriptions that are paid in advance by a subscriber are only refundable if we are contacted within 14 days of your payment being processed.
7. Payment processing fees are not refundable and will be deducted from refunds.

Advertising in the NY Crafter's Connection Newsletter

If you are interested in advertising in the quarterly printed newsletter please contact us for a rate card. Please include complete contact information such as a name, postal mailing address and phone number.
